To go beyond that, we’ve also added features such as through zero flanging to take you where few have ever ventured before. Certified Organic.
In designing the Ola dBucket Chorus and Vibrato, we started with the dBucket building blocks and used them to craft a beautiful and versatile modulation effect. Keeping in line with the same philosophy as our Brigadier delay, our high performance DSP is entirely dedicated to and focused on providing the most lush and organic chorus and vibrato sounds available. We also drew influence from some of our favorite vintage chorus effects and a certain little blue box vibrato with a strong cult following. On top of that we threw in true bypass, a favorite preset, stereo input and output, and a super high quality analog front end and output section.

When we decided to develop an effects pedal that delivers the sound and feel of our favorite tape echo machines, we knew we must relentlessly study and faithfully recreate every last nuance. With our blueSky reverb, we have applied the same philosophy as our dBucket pedals. We’ve taken a super powerful SHARC DSP and dedicated it to doing one thing only … the best reverb ever. Since the entire DSP is dedicated only to doing powerful reverbs, and believe us, we squeeze every last drop of juice, the reverbs are lush and beautiful. Whether you’re a classic spring reverb fan or more of a studio rack aficionado, you’ll find your mojo here. The blueSky would be equally at home on top of a mixer or in front of a tube amp. We’ve even thrown in a plate, unusual in a pedal form factor but extremely useful, versatile and unique sounding. A full pre-delay and damping section provide deep reverb tone shaping. In setting out to design the Brigadier, we decided to take a super powerful SHARC DSP and dedicate it to doing one thing and one thing only … delivering the best analog bucket brigade delay sound ever. As a result of having the entire DSP dedicated to doing one extremely high quality effect, we are able to concentrate on every last detail that makes an analog delay special. No stone has been left unturned … every single bucket is recreated in the Brigadier with our new dBucket algorithm. And, since we’re doing all of this without regular old bucket brigade chips, you get all the tone and none of the noise (unless of course you choose to add it back in with our exclusive “bucket loss” control … yes!). We feel like we’ve created something very special, and we hope you will too.
